The Collective Conscious and The New Bogeyman

I( started this blog because I believe we collectively know exactly what is occurring in our present and we intuitively have a collective sense of our near future. I am hoping that eventually this site will become a place to share our thoughts and hopefully a consensus view of where we are going will emerge. I may be a bit niave but I am also optimistic.

There are a number of sites devoted to these times and there does seem to be an “awakening of sorts” and I can certainly attest to my level of awareness of a more macro view of the world and the events in it seems to be accelerating.

Here is an interesting bit of info that showed up on Treehugger. There’s a new bogeyman lurking in the closet, and this one isn’t imaginary. Us. One out of three children aged 6 to 11 fears that Ma Earth won’t exist when they grow up, while more than half—56 percent—worry that the planet will be a blasted heath (or at least a very unpleasant place to live), according to a new survey.

Commissioned by Habitat Heroes and conducted by Opinion Research, the telephone survey polled a national sample of 500 American preteens—250 males and 250 females.

On a sliding scale of anxieties, minority kids have it worst; 75 percent of black children and 65 percent of Hispanic children believe that the planet will be irrevocably damaged by the time they reach adulthood.

Interestingly enough, kids vex over the state of the planet, especially when it came to safe and clean air and water, regardless of any pro-environmental measures on the part of their parents. A staggering 95 percent of the children surveyed said their parents pitched in by recycling, using rechargeable batteries, and conserving water and electricity.

“We commissioned the survey as a result of my own childrens’ experiences with the recent fires in Australia as they expressed much concern for both their safety and the planet’s,” said Sharon Lowe, founder of Habitat Heroes, in a press release. “While it is upsetting to hear how many children in the United States have expressed similar concerns, I am more committed than ever to help educate children around the globe in a way that is not scary to them.”

Other interesting findings

* 50 percent say that hurricanes and tornadoes are the natural disasters that scare them the most.

* 28 percent say that they fear animals, such as polar bears and penguins, will become extinct and disappear from the planet more than any other environmental concern.

Girls worry more

* 67 percent of girls ages 9-11 versus 60 percent of boys ages 9-11 worry that the earth won’t be as good a place to live when they’re adults.

* 57% of girls ages 6-8 versus 43 percent of boys ages 6-8 worry that the earth won’t be as good a place to live when they’re adults.

Urban kids are more anxious than suburban kids

* 59 percent of kids in metro areas are more concerned that the Earth won’t be as good a place to live when they grow up compared to non-metro kids (47 percent).

Since they are the newest souls incarnate, I find this very interesting and somewhat disturbing, especially the large percentage of children that feel this way. If they do not possess “genetic knowledge” then their feelings are reflective of their brief experiences with Us, so what are we saying. I believe that the universe favors life, not destruction. I believe that the universe operates on creation, not devastation. I believe that our future is a construct of our collective will in the Now. So what are we doing? Why are we doing it? Come on! I know you are out there, let’s start talking. As always off world citizens are also encouraged to join in!

All Things Alien

I continue to think out loud.  When looking at the probabilities that we have been “visited” by off world civilizations seems interesting to me.  One has to consider that an attempt to discuss such a matter could easily brand you as a kook and that  in itself seems to be an interesting collective response.  I wonder if our ego collectively is so fragile that we don’t want to consider such a notion, or is it there is a concerted disinformation effort afoot that tries to squash such dialogue.  I think both elements are present.

First, I try to approach this question as rationally as I can.  First the math.  There is approximately 100 Billion stars in our galaxy and there are approximately 100 billion galaxies that we are aware of in the universe.  what are the chances we are the only intelligent sentient beings.  Well from that perspective one must conclude there is at least the mathematical probability there could be several million civilizations out there.

Next is the issue of distance required to travel for there to be interaction between these civilizations.  Current conventional wisdom postulates that travel through space faster than the speed of light is not possible thereby making vacations to other solar systems..shall we say problematical.  OK our probability factor just dropped 10 points.  However, recent thoughts in quantum physics suggests that that CW may not necessarily apply in relationship to how time and space interact.  Sooo we have to continue to understand that element more.  Anybody out there has some comments on this element I am all ears.

What do we know or think and when did we come to know it.  When one does research on the internet on such things, we are confronted with the possibilities that we are in fact, the genetic products of off world characters who played around with us like lab rats.  There are a number of archiac records that seem to support this, at least in legend.  The Sumerians wrote about the Nephilim, the Aborigines speak of star people, the Hopi talk of star people, there seems to be graphical evidence in Mayan, Aztec, and Egyptian structures and tablets, and finally even in old testament manuscripts, there are some let’s say unusual references that would suggest the we collectively have been aware of some off world interference or presence.  Again I would welcome comment.

The more contemporary urban legends deal obviously with Roswell and the events forward from that point.  There are somewhat credible people coming forward claiming to have been involved in active programs and interactions with off world neighbors.  Sites such as Project Camelot or Eagles Disobey are at least good reading.  So if you have some thoughts for me or you are an off world visitor who would like to clear the air, please gives us your comments.

Myself, I am sitting on the fence with this one.  All of the so called sightings could be our own secret advanced technology and I haven’t personally met any off world folks that at least I am aware of.  But truth be told, I want to believe.  Let talk some more about this.

The economy, geopolitics, and the environment. Are they linked?

It seems that the impossible scenarios are the ones playing out.  Is it just me or does that seem some what unlikely, yet it is happening.  Who would have 18 months ago in MSM predicted the world’s current economic situation?  Who would’ve 24 months ago predicted America electing its first black president?  Who would have in the scientific community predicted the most calmest period in sun activity in nearly 100 hundred years?  One can browse the internet and see all manner of explainations.  Aliens, 2012, pole shifts, and things even more bizzare.

Some how though I believe WE collectively know and understand what is going on.  Experiments in linguistics such as being conducted by seem to be fairly accurate in the short term (3-18 months).  I hope this feeble attampt may generate some dialog and collectively provide us all with some insight.  Got milk?

Things are achangin’

We all have a sense of change everywhere in the world. Changes in the economy, changes in the environment, changes in our global social structures. But what is the real nature of those changes? What is driving them? We are going from where to where and why? I am starting this blog to see basically who is listening, who is awake and what can I learn from those individuals and what can I share with them. My obvious strengths are related to environment and the middle east, but I am sure my view is quite myopic at the moment. so hopefully we can all learn more of how we are responding on a macroconscious level as I sense we collectively really know what is going on and how we should respond. So Hello world, what’s up?
