Do We Really Understand Who We Are?

For centuries now, even since the beginning of conscious time, there has been duality. Good and evil, right and wrong, joy and sorrow. Today we are living in a time which seems more polarized than ever and we all sense that this polarization is at the root of our lack of progress as a civilization. We are going backwards. Our educational systems are failing us. Our world is in a constant state of conflict. Wars and rumors of wars abound.

Instead of ”taking sides” in the game of duality maybe it is time to recognize that dualities and polarizations can be valuable aspects of living in a world with human values. Sometimes it’s necessary to destroy outdated things and change old ways in order to make way for the new. Seeds need to be buried in the darkness of fertile soil in order to sprout and grow. Let us open to darkness, destruction, and “them (whomever “them” is to you)” as valued and respected aspects of life which can help us to learn and grow as we work together to find our common humanity.

“If only there were evil people somewhere insidiously committing evil deeds,
and it were necessary only to separate them from the rest of us and destroy them.
But the line dividing good and evil cuts through the heart of every human being.
And who is willing to destroy a piece of his own heart?

Remember, always, that this is a beautiful game that we are playing here and co-creating together with our Infinite Creator. And that off stage (between lives), we (good guys and bad guys) are the very best of friends. No one really dies and no one really suffers, except in the game. The game is not reality. Reality is reality. And you have the power to express your reality within the game, once you have learnt how to do so.

In this grand game, the world is your mirror. It reflects back to you what you are putting out. If you see doom and gloom, then that is what you are projecting. If you do not like the reflection life is showing you, then change that which is causing it. Monitor your thoughts and pay attention to their quality, as they are more powerful than you may imagine. This is the difference between conscious and subconscious creation. What you think about is directly related to what life will show you. You get back what you send out.

You only forget who you are during incarnation. The object of the game is to wake up within the dream, and in effect, become a “lucid gamer”, to remember who you really are during the game, and to then begin working upon the things you came here for. Your main purpose in the game is to work upon yourself. It is to grow, develop, and transform yourself into a more positive and loving being.

Use your negative emotions when they arise as the tools that they truly are. Train yourself to notice when negativity arises in you. When you catch yourself projecting a negative thought, remember that all thought is creative, and ask yourself if that is really what you want to create. It takes a while to become proficient, but do not give up. While incarnating in the third density, negativity is still an important tool in your learning process. It teaches you “other than”. Do you respond to negativity with more negativity? Or do you choose to see the negativity as the tool that it is, and recognize that it is offering you an opportunity?

You are not doomed, and your soul does not require salvation. No one’s soul does. There is nothing to save it from. At the very worst, you will have to repeat as many third density cycles as is necessary in order for you to learn the things you need to learn. And there is no such thing as coincidence. Nothing happens by chance. Life is in a constant process of communication with us. Only mostly, people are too busy to notice.

“The divine does not live somewhere out there, but rather exists within. Its radiance is within each one of us. It’s up to us how much we open to this awareness. The deepest wisdom lies within, where we are all interconnected in divine union.”  ~  Anonymous

If we choose to open fully to the holographic interconnectedness of all beings, we can welcome all parts of ourselves – including those that fear change and those that welcome it – as essential and integral parts of our individual and collective being. We can honor the unique gift of each person while inviting all beings to join in an ever more harmonious cosmic dance of love and joy.

We can heal anything outside of ourselves by turning and finding the reflection of that place within. Following this practice, we can then love that place, ask for forgiveness, and express gratitude for the role of that particular part of ourselves.

We can do this as individuals, yet we can also do this for all of us. We can even find the reflection of the power elite of the world within ourselves both individually and collectively, and then work to heal that part, welcoming it all into the wholeness of all that we are. Each one of us who joins in this intention cannot help but contribute to a shift in the collective consciousness of our world.

I must thank Sophia from Sophialove. org for continuing to make this important point that I now understand so much better: “We are the ones we’ve been waiting for”.
