This Week is Off the Charts Relating to Weather

The weather extremes continue to accumulate. Whether it is a record typhoon season in the Pacific, with the largest storm ever recorded or the unusual extremes in temperatures being experienced in the US and Canada, there is no doubt we have not seen anything like this before on the planet.

Francisco 1

Just take a look at this week in the US:

Almost 1000 record low max temps vs 17 record high temps

Records in the last 7 days:

205 snowfall records.
969 Low Max. 203 Low temps.
17 High Temp.

Italy –“We have snow at 100 meters (330 ft)  in the southern part of the peninsula, and one dead due to the cold,” says geologist Mirco Poletto in Italy.

Alaska – 14.7 inches (37 cm) of snowfall Sunday broke the Nov 24 record. As of Monday, the weather service reported 75 inches (190 cm) of snowfall in Valdez for the month of November, more than 41 inches (104 cm) above average for this time of year. (That makes it almost twice normal.)

Antartctica – The Aurora Australis was due to return to Hobart more than a week ago after a resupply mission, but it is still navigating through heavy ice about 180 nautical miles off the Davis research station. Second year in a row of above normal heavy ice setting in early.

Arctic – Heaviest Ice in a decade.

Global Sea Ice – It has been 25 years since Hansen predicted the demise of polar sea ice. Gaia has celebrated the date by producing the most polar sea ice in the last 25 years.

Whether this is a result of global warming or the onset of a new mini-ice age I will leave to the academics and scientists who can never admit “they don’t know”. What we do know is that extreme changes are happening as we speak. As always be prepared!

As Mark Twain once said, “the rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated”!  Comet ISON has survived it’s brush with Ole Sol and is headed our way at over 700,000 KPH. Many reported that ISON did NOT survive perihelion. Boy were they wrong. Take a look:

Ison survives

Gratitude on Thanksgiving Day and the Beginning of Hanukkah

This year in the US Thanksgiving Day falls on the same day as the beginning of Hanukkah. Co-incidence or is this something meaningful for us globally to understand? In the United States, the modern Thanksgiving holiday tradition is commonly, but not universally, traced to a poorly documented 1621 celebration at Plymouth in present-day Massachusetts. The 1621 Plymouth feast and thanksgiving was prompted by a good harvest. Pilgrims and Puritans who began emigrating from England in the 1620s and 1630s carried the tradition of Days of Fasting and Days of Thanksgiving with them to New England. Several days of Thanksgiving were held in early New England history that have been identified as the “First Thanksgiving”, including Pilgrim holidays in Plymouth in 1621 and 1623, and a Puritan holiday in Boston in 1631. According to historian Jeremy Bangs, director of the Leiden American Pilgrim Museum, the Pilgrims may have been influenced by watching the annual services of Thanksgiving for the relief of the siege of Leiden in 1574, while they were staying in Leiden.  In later years, religious thanksgiving services were declared by civil leaders such as Governor Bradford, who planned a thanksgiving celebration and fast in 1623. The practice of holding an annual harvest festival did not become a regular affair in New England until the late 1660s.

Thanksgiving proclamations were made mostly by church leaders in New England up until 1682, and then by both state and church leaders until after the American Revolution. During the revolutionary period, political influences affected the issuance of Thanksgiving proclamations. Various proclamations were made by royal governors, John Hancock, General George Washington, and the Continental Congress, each giving thanks to God for events favorable to their causes.  As President of the United States, George Washington proclaimed the first nation-wide thanksgiving celebration in America marking November 26, 1789, “as a day of public thanksgiving and prayer to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many and signal favors of Almighty God.

Hanukkah traces its history to the ancient Jewish historian Flavius Josephus who narrates in his book Jewish Antiquities XII, how the victorious Judas Maccabeus ordered lavish yearly eight-day festivities after rededicating the Temple in Jerusalem that had been profaned by Antiochus IV Epiphanes. Josephus does not say the festival was called Hannukkah but rather the “Festival of Lights”:

“Now Judas celebrated the festival of the restoration of the sacrifices of the temple for eight days, and omitted no sort of pleasures thereon; but he feasted them upon very rich and splendid sacrifices; and he honored God, and delighted them by hymns and psalms. Nay, they were so very glad at the revival of their customs, when, after a long time of intermission, they unexpectedly had regained the freedom of their worship, that they made it a law for their posterity, that they should keep a festival, on account of the restoration of their temple worship, for eight days. And from that time to this we celebrate this festival, and call it Lights. I suppose the reason was, because this liberty beyond our hopes appeared to us; and that thence was the name given to that festival. Judas also rebuilt the walls round about the city, and reared towers of great height against the incursions of enemies, and set guards therein. He also fortified the city Bethsura, that it might serve as a citadel against any distresses that might come from our enemies

This all points to how important and significant it is to have a sense of gratitude in one’s life. It really doesn’t matter your religion for the emotion of gratitude is a spiritual energy that releases intent into the universe and the universe responds accordingly. Even scientists have evidence of this universal law of attraction.

If you are aware – or at least interested in having the awareness – of how perfectly the Divine supports your sovereign reality, there is a powerful and natural sense of gratitude that flows from you to the Divine. It is this wellspring of gratitude that opens the channel of support from the Divine to the individual and establishes a collaboration of purpose to transform the individual soul into a pure expression of divine essence. It is principally gratitude that opens you to connection and alignment with your divine essence.

When you project gratitude, regardless of circumstance or condition, life becomes increasingly supportive. This feeling of gratitude coupled with the mental concept of appreciation is expressed like an invisible message in all directions and at all times. Gratitude is an essential facet of love that opens you to redefine your purpose as a supportive extension of the Divine, rather than the whimsical outreach of fate or the exacting reaction of a mechanical, detached universe. Establishing a relationship with the universe through the outflow of gratitude also attracts life experience that is deeply transformative – experience that is richly devoted to uncovering life’s deepest meaning and most formative purpose.

When you choose to align with divine essence and to live from this perspective as part of an ever-unfolding reality, you attract a natural state of harmony. This does not mean that your life is without problems or discomforts; rather it signifies a perception that there is an integral purpose in what life reveals. Life experience becomes meaningful to the extent that you choose to live in natural harmony with divine essence. When your personal reality flows in alignment with divine essence, you create lasting joy and inner peace.

It is the perspective of divine essence that all life is pure love in its fullest expression, and that in this single concept, all life is conceived and forever exists. This becomes the core belief from which all other beliefs arise. And as these beliefs expand outward, this core belief system emerges with a clear intent of supporting a fundamental perspective of seeing, nurturing, and appreciating the universe as the divine cradle from which all life is created and evolves.

These life principles are merely symbols represented in words and served to you as a potential recipe to stir awake the embers of light that tirelessly burn within. There are no specific techniques or rituals that are required to invoke their power. They are simply perspectives. In a real sense, they are intentions that attract experience that expands consciousness. They do not provide quick fixes or instant realizations. They are amplifiers of personal will and intention that clarify how one lives. Their profound transformative power is contained exclusively in the intent of their application.

Through these principles of transformation, you can become a master of empowering your deeper self. When you apply these principles with clear intent, you have the tools to accelerate the emergence of divine essence. You can awaken the perspective, insights, and empowered abilities of your divine essence to create new realms of possibility and shape them as learning adventures that expand and transform your consciousness. This is the underlying purpose of these principles, and perhaps the best reason to explore them.

So we wish you all wherever you are on this spinning blue globe that you can find a sense of gratitude on this day. For some we know that may be very difficult given your circumstances, but we are collectively, more and more, praying that no one should live in fear and conflict. Join us in those thoughts and one way is to be in a state of gratitude. We can do this.

Comet Ison Update Nov.26

Comet ISON is now zipping along at over 400,000 KPH and is now about 12.7 Million miles from the sun. It’s counterpart, comet ENKE, which we haven’t spoke much of is closer to the sun and is supposedly larger than ISON, but I have to question those estimates, as ISON looks larger than ENKE.

However, the energetic exchanges we suspected would occur between the comet and the sun are strongly evident and we expect the show to get even more spectacular as these comets both converge on their respective perihelion points with Ole Sol within the next few days.

Comet Ison Update

Currently ISON is 17 Million Miles from the sun. It is not visible on any telescope because of the brightness of the sun makes such optical visualizations not possible. However, the solar H1 Stereo ahead satellite has captured an image of ISON as seen below. ISON is traveling at nearly 350,000 KPH.

H1Ison image

ISON appears to be still intact, but it is not possible to verify that. ISON could be fragmented with the fragments still close together. We are now less than three days from perihelion (Ison’s swing around the sun). It appears that ISON is NOT sun-diving, so we can expect a spectacular show. Starting tomorrow you can monitor ISON’s progress at Solar Ham by looking at more images and watching the H1 images. We can also expect energetic exchanges between ISON and the solar surface (flares caused by the magnetic disturbance of the fly-by).

Time for Some Hard Truths

Consider these paraphrased thoughts of Alan Hart. They truly focus the real questions we must ask ourselves and the real truths we must face as fact.

Modern life is a de-humanizing process which has reduced us, most of us, to units of consumption, digits in corporate computers, figures on accountants’ balance sheets. The prime task for each and every one of us is to claim back our humanity. THE most important of all questions is the question of human nature.

The pessimistic view, which is more or less an article of faith for most politicians and mainstream media people and many corporate executives, bankers especially, is that we human beings are inherently and unchangeably short-sighted, selfish and greedy, preferring to live for today at the expense of tomorrow and are, on balance, more “bad” than “good”. In other words, we are really quite stupid. And that, our so-called leaders tell themselves, is why they can’t tell us the truth about real choices and options for the future.

hard truth

The optimistic view is that we could be much more “good” than “bad”, meaning that we have at least the potential to act in our own best, longer term interests and those of our children especially, even if doing so would require those of us who live in the rich nations (and the pockets of plenty in the developing and poor nations) to lower our expectations and actually be prepared to take less in the way of material gratification.

Politicians simply don’t care about the welfare of the general population unless they are pushed to do so by informed public opinion and by manifestations of real democracy in action. The problem is that most citizens of most nations are too uninformed and misinformed about critical issues to do the pushing.

Real democracy exists nowhere in the world, and perhaps least of all in America where what passes for democracy is for sale to the highest lobby bidders. What will it take to empower the citizens of nations to make democracy work? It is about fathers and grandfathers thinking more about the future of their children and grandchildren. We, who are citizens of the still rich Western nations, need to change the way we live and think.

The real villain is the short-sighted and stupid way the capitalist system has been managed since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution – by the few in global terms for the few. Today in our world 15 million children under five are dying each year from malnutrition and related, easily preventable diseases such as diahorrea and whooping cough. We must invest in the development of the poor majority in order to bring them, in an environmentally friendly way, into the market place with the purchasing power to buy the goods and services we have to sell if our capitalist system is to have a sustainable future.

Unless and until a majority of the men and women elected to Congress are more frightened of offending their voters than they are of offending the lobbyists and its allies including the right wing fundamentalists, we have no true democracy.

What most citizens of most nations have in common today is a dislike (antipathy) verging on contempt for their governments and what the business and what the practice of politics has become. But that is not enough to create real change. 90 percent of Americans have something approaching contempt for Congress, yet incumbents continue to be returned to office year after year. Whose fault is that, the politician’s or the people who continue to elect them?

Americans are, generally speaking, the most uninformed, misinformed and gullible people on earth. So if they have some understanding of how self-serving, how corrupt and how rotten their political system is, and act politically on that understanding, hope that the doors to new politics can be opened everywhere in the Western world is surely justified.

We must send the message that we won’t vote for them unless they play their necessary part in causing critical issues to be addressed. On another level it means organizing and being prepared to participate in protest marches and demonstrations, peacefully of course. And yes, there is a case for well organized boycotts to press home protest points.

We all need something to believe in. What can we believe in? I say why not believe in OURSELVES and our ability. We must be willing to seek, speak and spread the truth, to become politically engaged to make democracy work and cause our governments to change the world for the better; to give our children and grandchildren at least the real prospect of a future worth having. If we fail them, they won’t forgive us.

Do We Really Understand Who We Are?

For centuries now, even since the beginning of conscious time, there has been duality. Good and evil, right and wrong, joy and sorrow. Today we are living in a time which seems more polarized than ever and we all sense that this polarization is at the root of our lack of progress as a civilization. We are going backwards. Our educational systems are failing us. Our world is in a constant state of conflict. Wars and rumors of wars abound.

Instead of ”taking sides” in the game of duality maybe it is time to recognize that dualities and polarizations can be valuable aspects of living in a world with human values. Sometimes it’s necessary to destroy outdated things and change old ways in order to make way for the new. Seeds need to be buried in the darkness of fertile soil in order to sprout and grow. Let us open to darkness, destruction, and “them (whomever “them” is to you)” as valued and respected aspects of life which can help us to learn and grow as we work together to find our common humanity.

“If only there were evil people somewhere insidiously committing evil deeds,
and it were necessary only to separate them from the rest of us and destroy them.
But the line dividing good and evil cuts through the heart of every human being.
And who is willing to destroy a piece of his own heart?

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

Remember, always, that this is a beautiful game that we are playing here and co-creating together with our Infinite Creator. And that off stage (between lives), we (good guys and bad guys) are the very best of friends. No one really dies and no one really suffers, except in the game. The game is not reality. Reality is reality. And you have the power to express your reality within the game, once you have learnt how to do so.

In this grand game, the world is your mirror. It reflects back to you what you are putting out. If you see doom and gloom, then that is what you are projecting. If you do not like the reflection life is showing you, then change that which is causing it. Monitor your thoughts and pay attention to their quality, as they are more powerful than you may imagine. This is the difference between conscious and subconscious creation. What you think about is directly related to what life will show you. You get back what you send out.

You only forget who you are during incarnation. The object of the game is to wake up within the dream, and in effect, become a “lucid gamer”, to remember who you really are during the game, and to then begin working upon the things you came here for. Your main purpose in the game is to work upon yourself. It is to grow, develop, and transform yourself into a more positive and loving being.

Use your negative emotions when they arise as the tools that they truly are. Train yourself to notice when negativity arises in you. When you catch yourself projecting a negative thought, remember that all thought is creative, and ask yourself if that is really what you want to create. It takes a while to become proficient, but do not give up. While incarnating in the third density, negativity is still an important tool in your learning process. It teaches you “other than”. Do you respond to negativity with more negativity? Or do you choose to see the negativity as the tool that it is, and recognize that it is offering you an opportunity?

You are not doomed, and your soul does not require salvation. No one’s soul does. There is nothing to save it from. At the very worst, you will have to repeat as many third density cycles as is necessary in order for you to learn the things you need to learn. And there is no such thing as coincidence. Nothing happens by chance. Life is in a constant process of communication with us. Only mostly, people are too busy to notice.

“The divine does not live somewhere out there, but rather exists within. Its radiance is within each one of us. It’s up to us how much we open to this awareness. The deepest wisdom lies within, where we are all interconnected in divine union.”  ~  Anonymous

If we choose to open fully to the holographic interconnectedness of all beings, we can welcome all parts of ourselves – including those that fear change and those that welcome it – as essential and integral parts of our individual and collective being. We can honor the unique gift of each person while inviting all beings to join in an ever more harmonious cosmic dance of love and joy.

We can heal anything outside of ourselves by turning and finding the reflection of that place within. Following this practice, we can then love that place, ask for forgiveness, and express gratitude for the role of that particular part of ourselves.

We can do this as individuals, yet we can also do this for all of us. We can even find the reflection of the power elite of the world within ourselves both individually and collectively, and then work to heal that part, welcoming it all into the wholeness of all that we are. Each one of us who joins in this intention cannot help but contribute to a shift in the collective consciousness of our world.

I must thank Sophia from Sophialove. org for continuing to make this important point that I now understand so much better: “We are the ones we’ve been waiting for”.

Great News for Foreclosed Homeowners!

A Watershed Moment in Foreclosure Battle: Judge McConnell Hailed as Savior to Thousands of Downtrodden Homeowners –Written by Babcock News.

Federal Court Judge John J. McConnell issued a decision in the Cosajay v. MERS case this week. This case provides the plaintiffs with an opportunity to over-turn thousands of home foreclosure cases and will be viewed as a watershed moment in foreclosure law. Judge McConnell’s decision in the case puts to bed once and for all the contention that homeowners have no right to challenge fraudulent assignments appearing in their chain of title.

In the 11 page decision, he wrote, in part:

“The Court DENIES Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 5) and finds that Ms. Cosajay has standing to bring this lawsuit against Defendants … the Court finds that Rhode Island law provides that same dual ideas basis for deviating from the general contract rule … Therefore, the Court finds that Rhode Island law provides that same protection to mortgagors in the same situations in which the first circuit found the Culhane and Woods plaintiffs under Massachusetts law.”

This ruling will impact not only every foreclosure case filed in Rhode Island Supreme Court, but also every foreclosure case across the country. “By far, this is the biggest decision concerning home foreclosure by a judge in the country in recent years.” said Attorney Babcock. “Judge McConnell took one swoop of his pen and changed the outcome of thousands of home foreclosure cases”

Over the last five years the issue of whether or not a plaintiff (homeowner) can sue a defendant (a lender) has been challenged at every step of the ongoing home foreclosure battle. This ruling by McConnell will bring a new perspective to every home foreclosure case ruling thus far in the Rhode Island Courts, and reinvigorates homeowners resolve to continue fighting the bank and mortgage servicers.  “As a result of the visionary decision by Judge McConnell, today is a new day in home foreclosure law.”

Here is an outline of the details of the ruling:

1. Borrower objected to the Report and Recommendation issued by the Magistrate recommending that a pending challenge to a mortgage foreclosure case be dismissed for lack of standing because borrower was not a party to the assignment documents.

2. Citing two recent cases, Culhane v, Aurora Loan Services of Nebraska, 208 F.3d 282, 289 90 (First Cir. 2013) and Woods v. Wells Fargo Bank, NA., No. 12 1942, 2013 WL 554363?, at * 3 (lst Cir. Oct. 9, 2013), the court in this case rejects the recommendations of the magistrate ruling “that a homeowner’s standing to sue is not foreclosed by virtue of their lack of privity to the assignment documents.”

3. In March, 2008, MERS, as nominee for the originating lender, purported to assign the mortgage to Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee 4. Six months later, Deutsche assigned the mortgage to Saxon and in 2009, Saxon assigned the mortgage to CM REO Trust.

5. Saxon, on behalf of the CM REO Trust, initiated foreclosure proceedings in 2010. 6. This borrower action seeks to enjoin the foreclosure proceedings on account of the invalidity of the aoms (mortgage assignments).

7. The facts alleged by borrower to support her claim of manufactured and fraudulent documents include claims that the persons executing the assignments were not employees, officers, or properly authorized agents and that the signatures on the aoms were fraudulent/not authentic.

8. Borrower also claims that MERS, as nominee, did not have authority to assign her mortgage on the date of the First Assignment.

10. Borrower asserts that “…the mortgage had already been allegedly sold…and thus any assignment was invalid…(and) was (executed)outside the time specified by (the)…Securitized trust…”

11. Borrower also claims that the Deutsche Bank trust did not exist and that the Natixis Real Estate Capital Trust 2007 HE2 closed on April 30, 2007, making the 3/12/08 assignment to the Natixis trust an impossibility.

12. Borrower alleges that all the aoms were void; that the Defendants did not hold her mortgage or note, and that Defendants lacked standing to foreclose the mortgage or enforce the note.

13. Borrower is held to NOT be required to be a party in privity to a trust agreement in order to use the trust agreement to challenge standing in a foreclosure action.

14. The court recites the meme that an inquiry into standing necessarily involves both constitutional limitations on federal court jurisdiction and prudential limitations on its exercise citing concern to maintain and insist upon the proper and properly limited role of the courts in a democratic society.

15. The court also reaffirms that at least in federal court, standing to sue is an indispensable component of federal court jurisdiction.

16. Borrower has to also show injury in fact proximately caused by disputed conduct and has to request relief to redress the injury sustained.

17. In Culhane v. Aurora Loan Services, the court found that the foreclosure of a home “is unquestionably a concrete and particularized injury” and found a direct causal link between a challenged aom and the special harm alleged to borrower.

18. Stated another way, Culhane held that if a borrower was able to show that a party lacked the authority to foreclose, that the stage would be set for connecting the assignment to the challenged foreclosure and to redressing the borrower’s claimed injury.

19. If the court were to find that the defendants lacked authority to foreclose, then borrower’s injuries can be redressed through equitable relief and compensatory damages.

20. The court in this case finds that the magistrate’s focus on the prudential aspect of standing, “which overlays…(the) constitutional dimensions (of standing)” to find that borrower’s claims were in essence a lawsuit on a mortgage assignment to which borrower was not in privity to be misdirected and erroneous in light of Culhane and the appellate decision in Woods v. Wells Fargo Bank which held that “standing may be appropriate even where a mortgagor is not party to, nor beneficiary of, the challenged assignments.”

21. In Culhane, the court found that a borrower/mortgagor has a legally cognizable right under state law to ensure that any attempted foreclosure on her home is conducted lawfully especially where, as here, the mortgage contains a power of sale and the state’s law permits foreclosure without prior judicial authorization.

22. The court finds that similar to the MASS foreclosure process, Rhode Island law provides the same dual basis for deviating from the general contract rule and authorizing a borrower to challenge a foreclosure based on a bad aom and to challenge the bad aom as void.

What all of this means in plain English, is that in the past, the courts have ruled that since the mortgagee had no involvement in the subsequent sale of the mortgages, they had no standing to challenge the legal nature of those transaction and had no right to challenge the legality of those transfers to determine if the company foreclosing on their property had the legal authority to do so. Without that standing thousands of people have been foreclosed on without being able to question in court whether the company taking the foreclosure action had the legal right to do so.

This ruling affirms the right of the homeowner to question that legality, even though they were not party to subsequent company transfers. Further, if it is found in court that a homeowner’s claim of illegality of the company to foreclose is upheld, the homeowner is entitled to compensatory damages!

Given this ruling, everyone who has been foreclosed in this manner should look at re-opening and challenging the foreclosure process. Not only may you get your home back, but you possibly could receive damages for the illegal actions taken against you. Consult your attorney for advice as this is not legal advice, only the reporting of a very significant and positive ruling for besieged homeowners.

Comet Ison- Update 21 November

Comet Ison is now just 35 million miles from perihelion, which occurs in six days. Ison is now traveling at nearly 240,000 KPH and has brightened to V-mag ~ 3.7, so comet is still brightening, but at a slower pace than during previous 2 days. Coma structure still “rich,” with “wing jets” prominent in a simple spatial enhanced image, as shown below.

 Nov21 vmag model ison

These will probably be the last images we will see until Ison achieves perihelion (its swing around the sun). If Ison survives that swing we will begin to see very bright images of Ison around December 5, when Ison will be visible about 6 degrees above the horizon early in the morning, while the sun will be -10 degrees below the horizon.

We Stand in Solidarity with First Nations groups and especially to Mi’q Ma’q Resistance to Hydrofracking in Canada.

This wish and support comes as First Nations groups in New Brunswick stage a series of demonstrations, including plans for a “sacred fire” blockade, in protest of plans to restart exploratory fracking in their province.

As an energized First Nations fracking resistance movement continues to rage across New Brunswick, Canada, environmentalists are celebrating in the neighboring province of Newfoundland and Labrador where government officials announced in the last few weeks a moratorium on the dangerous and polluting gas drilling process.

“Our government will not be accepting applications for onshore and onshore to offshore petroleum exploration using hydraulic fracturing,” Natural Resources Minister Derrick Dalley said speaking before the State’s House of Assembly.

“Our first consideration is the health and safety of our people. In making this decision, our government is acting responsibly and respecting the balance between economic development and environmental protection,” Dalley added. The provincial government plans to assess the geological impact of fracking and open the review process to public comment.

However, in other places success has not come yet. “From coast to coast, communities are calling for a stop to fracking,” adds Emma Lui, national water campaigner for the Council of Canadians. “Now that  Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador have put moratoriums on fracking, and Nova Scotia effectively has a moratorium while undergoing an independent review, it’s time for other provinces and the federal government to do the same.”

We wish to pass this prayer to you all who are so bravely resisting with the hope that the spirit of the prayer will strengthen you, guide you, and help you know there are many sending their energy to you.

A Wakan Wochekiye – “A Sacred Prayer”

May the Creator, Great Mystery, Wakan Tanka, bless You all the days of your life.

May your spirit be awake and aware… may it soar with gladness.
